Criterion Property Group was established by John Mooney in 1998, as a bespoke property development, consulting and investment company. Criterion Property Group is a privately owned company.
John’s career spans over 30 years, with experience gained in Australia, Asia and the US property markets. He has worked for Jones Lang LaSalle, Colliers International, Lend Lease and his own companies.
John has wide ranging expertise in asset management, agency, corporate and advisory services, property development and capital markets. John possesses a real appreciation of the true risk/reward equation, having funded several projects with debt and equity, with an unblemished record of accountability and performance.
In his institutional roles he was appointed as Director of Colliers International in Singapore, and at Lend Lease was responsible for the asset management of Australia Square, an iconic commercial and retail building in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.
Since establishing Criterion Property Group John has been involved with Multiplex’s King Street Wharf project, Brookfield Multiplex’s redevelopment of Luna Park, FRID Corporation (an Australian based Chinese property development company), Spire Capital (a US Real Estate fund) and Sphere Management Services (a multi residential estate management company).
John has developed an extensive network of contacts in the investment and property sectors, both locally and overseas comprising senior institutional executives, high net worth investors, agents and consultants, as well as strong banking relationships.

Craig has over 20 years of experience in the financial services and property investment industries. He has worked for major institutions as well as start-ups. Through his experience Craig has had the opportunity to work with people involved across the whole property investment value chain from the builder right through to the end investor.
At Criterion, Craig utilises his research and analysis skills and combines it with his commitment to the end product, to ensure superior outcomes are delivered for all parties. His experience in reviewing and assessing hundreds of development opportunities for end users, gives him unparalleled insight into what constitutes a successful development.
Previously he has worked at Westpac Banking Corporation, holding a number of senior positions in consumer product management and marketing, including management of Westpac’s $60 billion mortgage portfolio.

Landon’s property career spans more than 30 years, specialising over the past 20 in retail site acquisition, property development, development management, project management and leasing throughout Australia and New Zealand, particularly in the fuel and quick service restaurant sectors.
Holding senior property executive positions in companies such as McDonald’s Australia Limited (Real Estate Manager), 7-Eleven Stores Pty Ltd (National Property Development Manager), AMP Capital Investors Limited (Retail Capital Transactions Manager ANZ) and Australian Discount Retail (GM Property) has given him an extensive level of experience across all facets of the retail development process.
Landon maintains strong industry relationships with key players including 7-Eleven Stores, Caltex, Viva Energy, BP, EG Fuel, On The Run, United Petroleum, Metro Petroleum, McDonald’s Australia, KFC, Guzman & Gomez, Taco Bell, Oporto, Red Rooster, Carls Jr, Krispy Kreme, Oliver’s, Subway, Starbucks Coffee, Coffee Club, Coles and Woolworths amongst others.
